Architect Interior Designer
- Required skills in 2D 3D CAD drawings for buildings.
- Prepare Technical Specifications, estimates, Bill of Materials
- Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Rendering, Lumion, etc.
- Can Design interior 3d lighting, furniture, video walkthroughs.
mechanical engineer
- With PRC Licensed ME or PME
- Required skill in Fire Protection Design.
- Required skill in HVAC design.
- Experience in Design Installation of FDAS Fire Life Safety in Buildings.
- Experience in supervision of MEPF installation.
- Willing to accept site assignments
electrical engineer
- With PRC Licensed EE or PEE
- Monitor and supervise cabling, power, and lighting installation
- Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in Buildings.
- Willing to accept site assignments
- Experience in Auxiliary System (FDAS, CCTV, ACCESS, CONTROLS and the like)
